The place was exquisite and had excellent staff on reception desk, liked the stay. The room was reasonably large and fine and the location was magnificent! The breakfast was above average and good hot with a wide range of dishes to choose from.

The service was exceptional. We loved rooms with a nice view. The hotel had a central position close to the general areas, the Teide cable car and the shopping centre at the bottom of the hill.
The breakfast itself was average, can be far better.

Liked my really good stay for our 5th visit in 2016. The venue was in a central location just next door to the centre of town which was a good 15 minute walk, the hill overlooking Puerto del la Cruz and even sunny La Arena beach.

The place was first-rate and nicely presented and the staff were genuinely helpful, the location was incredible in the city center. Location: the hotel was just off the beach and promenade, and the mountain. Besides, the property was 1 km away from Sala Timanfaya. I had a very good stay in a long time.

Sincerely, it was a GOOD stay for our 5th visit in 2016. The staff was attentive and accommodating and always helped us. The food was fab and the breakfast was hot. The cool drinks in poolside bar were very welcome. The pool was very clean. Everything was simply perfect.
